Due to the custom and digital nature of my artwork and products, all sales are final and refunds are not accepted once work has begun or files have been delivered.

Because digital products are instantly accessible after purchase, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads.
🖌️ Custom Artwork Policy
Custom artwork is created specifically for each client, so refunds cannot be provided once the design process has started. However, I always want you to love your final piece and will work with you through the approved revision process outlined for your project.
📦 Print-on-Demand & Physical Product Policy
For print-on-demand or physical items, refunds or replacements may only be offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact me within a specified timeframe after delivery with photos of the issue so I can help make it right.
